About Our Shipping

  • 24 Hours

    We normally ship out all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Keep in mind, however, we don’t ship on weekends and holidays. Processing times during Black Friday and other promotions will take longer.

  • Worldwide Shipping

    Never fear, we ship packages almost anywhere in the world! We want everyone to be able to have quality cards, gimmicks, tricks, books, DVD’s, and accessories.

  • Arrival Time

    Orders within the USA usually take less than a week to arrive (sometimes 2-3 days), however international deliveries can be unpredictable and usually take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Covid-19 may increase shipping times for certain areas.

  • LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    Once orders have left our warehouse, 52Kards cannot be held accountable for lost, or stolen packages. The vast majority of our shipments arrive without any problem at all; however, if you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, please contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance.

  • Convenient Shipping Calculator

    If you need to know the exact price of shipping have no fear! After you add items to your cart and enter your location,  hit “Calculate Total” and it will calculate the shipping cost for you.

  • Personal Tracking Number

    When your order has been shipped, we send you a personal tracking number so you can follow the package all the way to your home. Tracking isn’t available in some international countries.

Disclaimer for International Deliveries

 If you live outside of the USA then we can still ship a package to you, but please be aware of a few things. International orders are delivered to your country by the United States Postal Service. Once the package arrives in your country it will need to clear the customs department and then it will be handed off to your country’s local postal service and they will deliver it the rest of the way to you. Some countries may charge you a customs tax on packages coming in from the United States. This charge is not related to 52Kards.

Our responsibility is to pack and ship your order to the address provided. Once we give your package to the postal services we no longer have any control over the delivery process. If you do not trust your country’s postal service, then please do not place an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to be delivered, as this is in the hands of the postal service and you will have to contact them to retrieve your package if it failed to deliver.

Damaged Products

Damaged, faulty or inaccurate products can be returned. We want you to be happy with what you receive in the mail and if there is a mistake or problem please let us know.

7 Days

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) if you would like to initiate a return process. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds

When your refund is approved we will email you to let you know. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be fully processed before you see it again.

We will provide you with the steps you need to take.
