Inverting Card Warp
/1 Comment/in Tricks/Effects, Gimmicked Intermediate /by AsadDescription
The Inverting Card Trick is a fascinating Optical Illusion where the direction of the card mysteriously changes underneath a dollar bill. This trick is based off the original Card Warp trick which used two playing cards. This version uses a playing card and a dollar bill and is called “Star Warp”. It originally appeared in Harry Lorayne’s magic magazine “Apocalypse”.

This is a neat false cut that looks really cool and flips over the deck in the process. A false cut gives the impression that you are cutting the cards when in reality it maintains the order of the deck. It can be used to your advantage in many card magic tricks.
