The Charlier Cut is a fancy way to cut a pack of cards with just one hand.
Difficulty
This is a good first move to start practicing. If you have small hands it will be a bit more difficult, but you will still be able to do it.

What if I have really small hands? I’m using a smaller-than-average deck even, and I kept dropping them off the tips of my fingers…I love all of these tutorials, but is there any advice you can give me on this particular issue?
Honestly the only thing you can do is practice. Im a dude and gor slightly smaller than normal hands and i just practice the moves unril i got it. Practising holding decks different ways helps too. Just practice with normal cards and you will get it. Practice on a soft surface like youe bed. Makes it easier to clean up
I can’t keep the cards straight while doing this. Any tips to help with that?
