Cold Stacking Tutorial
/0 Comments/in Sleight of Hand, Gambling Advanced /by AsadDescription
Cold Stacking is the process of locating high value cards and then positioning them in locations so that they will be dealt to you. It is one of the most effective methods for cheating at card games and can be done without any preparation or heat.

Duck Change
/2 Comments/in Sleight of Hand, Color Change Advanced /by AsadDescription
The Duck Change is a hyper visual color change that occurs away from the deck. In the motion of springing a card onto the top of the deck it visually transforms mid air into a different card. This is an advanced technique and will require a great deal of practice, but those who pursue shall be rewarded with a wicked skill.

One Handed Shuffle
/1 Comment/in Other, Flourishes Advanced /by AsadDescription
The One Handed Card Shuffle is probably the most difficult way to shuffle a pack of cards, and it looks very impressive. You can now rest in peace knowing that if you ever break your arm, you will still be able to shuffle your deck of cards!
Difficulty
This is the most difficult non-false shuffle I know of. It will take a lot of practice to be able to align the two packets side by side, and then to apply the right pressure so that they weave. Also, the condition of the cards can have an effect on your ability to do this. The cards need to have straight edges.

One Handed Top Palm

The One Handed Top palm is one of the best methods for getting a card in your palm.
Difficulty
This is advanced method for palming cards. It will take a good amount of practice to be able to lever the card into your palm, and to do it silently. You also need to minimize any gaps in your fingers during the palm so that it doesn’t flash.

Hot Shot Cut

The Hot Shot Cut is one of my favorite tricks to do with a deck of cards. It can be used as a stand alone card trick, or be mixed into an ace production routine. It is an extremely impressive move that allows you to shoot a card out of the deck and catch it in your opposite hand. This move was popularized by David Blaine is his “Street Magic” special, but is credited to Daryl.

The Pirouette flourish is a great single card flourish that allows you spin a playing card on your fingertip. It is a knacky move that will take a good amount of practice but it is a fun one!

Description
The Sybil cut is one of the coolest looking cut sequences out there. And its false too (no cards have changed position when the cut is complete). The concept of the cut is credited to Chris Kenner and his book Totally Out of Control. Since then many different variations of the cut sequence have been developed.
